Check-in and check-out time

  • Check-in from 3 PM.
  • Check-out unitil 12 AM.

 

Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Guests arriving before the standard check-in time may store their luggage at the reception until the room becomes available.

Early check-in may incur an additional charge depending on the arrival time and hotel occupancy.

 

Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Additional charges may apply:

  • until 18:00 – up to 50% of the daily room rate

  • after 18:00 – full nightly rate may apply

 

Age Requirement Policy

  • Guests must be 18 years or older with valid identification to reserve and check into a room.

 

Early Departure Policy

  • Guests who check out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date are subject to an early departure fee of one night .

 

Children & Extra Bed Policy

 

  • To ensure that the reservation system displays the correct price and availability, please indicate the exact number of adults and children, including the children’s ages, and select the appropriate rate plan.
  • The maximum number of guests, extra beds, and baby cots depends on the selected room category. Please refer to the individual room description for details.
  • Baby cots and extra beds are available upon request and are subject to availability depending on the selected room type.
  • Children up to 12 years old stay free of charge when sharing an existing bed with adults.

 

Parking

  • Parking in front of the hotel is free of charge in case of free space.

 

Pets

  • The pets are allowed in the hotel, price per night is 15,00 €. 
  • Dogs must be kept on a lead when walking through the hotel.
  • After hotel stuff detects that in room are defects after - extra charge for cleaning is up to 200,00 €.

 

Smoking

  • Promenade Hotel is non smoking property. In order to maintain a confortable enviroment and to respect the other Guests we kindly you not to smoke hotel /  inside room. In case we should notice the presence of smoke inside the hotel / room 200,00 € fee for air purification and the restoration of natural materials will be charged. 

 

Rules of internal order

  • Only registered guests are permitted after 11 PM .
  • Do not cause loud noises and disturb other guests.
  • There is a safe deposit box at your disposal in the room. The hotel is not responsible for any money or valuables that are not left in the safe deposit box.
  • Do not damage hotel inventory. If you see that an item is damaged please inform our reception to avoid any misunderstandings. If damages are caused by the guest the guest shall compensate the amount of damages.
  • It is not allowed to light candles in the room without prior consent of hotel reception administrator. Do not leave lighted candles unattended.
